Allison Byrd joined the Unbound Now staff in March 2022, after volunteering at the North Texas and Indonesia offices for seven years. She is grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside such a talented and devoted team. Prior to working for Unbound Now, Allison interned at the White House in Washington, D.C. in the Office of Economic Initiatives, which oversaw the White House Human Trafficking Summit, the roll-out of related executive actions, and the annual meeting of the President’s Interagency Task Force to Monitor and Combat Human Trafficking. She also interned for Congressional August Pfluger (TX-11). Allison graduated from Georgetown University with a B.A. in International Affairs and is currently pursuing a law degree at Texas A&M University School of Law. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and cooking.
