I didn’t feel I had any worth until I came to this place. Your staff make me feel like I matter. I have never felt that before… But here… it’s life changing!

The Underground drop-in center is open 24/7/365 and provides a place for rest, hot food, clean clothes and shower facilities for youth ages 10 through 22. Underground staff members assist youth with emotional grounding, safety planning, and getting connected with a safe longer-term placement.

Youth on the street are vulnerable to being trafficked, and our safety planning helps prevent trafficking before it starts.  Many of the youth who visit the Underground have already experienced trafficking or have been recovered directly from a trafficking situation. We offer these survivors advocacy services from Unbound Now or another qualified advocacy agency.

Clients who return for Day Services at the Underground receive Case Management services to help them accomplish personal goals such as long term specialized placements, getting a job, recovering critical documents, completing their schooling or GED, and connection to counseling.

Do you need a safe place?
You matter here.

If we wait for these youth to ask for help, they may never receive the services they deserve.

The Underground provides the opportunity for early identification of survivors and those at high risk of trafficking so that further victimization can be avoided.
