Seth Williamson

Seth Williamson serves as Chief Programs Officer for Unbound Now. With nearly 15 years at Samaritan’s Purse in diverse leadership roles across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the US, he brings extensive experience in financial and organizational leadership and a strong commitment to extending the love of Jesus to those in need.

Susan Peters

Susan Peters is the founder and CEO of Unbound Now, a worldwide anti-human trafficking organization founded in Waco, Texas, in 2012. In her role, she oversees Unbound Now’s locations across the United States and around the world. She is the chair of the Heart of Texas Human Trafficking Coalition, which she founded alongside other community leaders in 2014.

Brian Claus

Brian Claus is the Chief Administrative Officer at Unbound Now, overseeing finance and administration, people operations, compliance, and enterprise systems. Partnering closely with the CEO and Executive Team, he sets strategic priorities and builds the administrative infrastructure that equips leaders and local offices to deliver excellent, trauma-informed services to survivors and prevention in their communities. Allison Byrd

Allison Byrd joined Unbound Now as the Europe Strategy Director in March 2022, after volunteering at the North Texas and Indonesia offices for seven years. Prior to working for Unbound Now, Allison interned at the White House in Washington, D.C. in the Office of Economic Initiatives, overseeing the White House Human Trafficking Summit, the roll-out of related executive actions, and the annual meeting of the President’s Interagency Task Force to Monitor and Combat Human Trafficking. She also interned for Congressman August Pfluger (TX-11).
Allison graduated from Georgetown University with a B.A. in International Affairs and is currently pursuing a law degree at Texas A&M University School of Law.
